The Audit Toolkit provides a simple way for services to measure existing standards against the recommendations outlined in the report by the National Confidential Inquiriy into Suicide and Homicide by People with Mental Illness. From this baseline measure services will then be able to develop local arrangements, assisted by a lid of resources that can support the development of positive practice, to help with implementation.
